Actually, the styles are so wonderful that they should be reproduced for much more than a costume - maybe you can create a pattern line of these! I love them all, but I do think that even larger sized women could wear any of the 4 outfits, too (even though you are so slim). I also love that you showed how we can keep going back to thrift for really unique ideas!

Aren't all needles color coded? I'm a newbie at sewing, single male with a bit of sewing work to do. Buying trousers online to find out they are not hemmed. A pocket in a trouser with some holes due to keys, an elastic at the waist line of tracksuite pants that came loose. So I bought a very simple sewing machine, a Brother JX17FE, and now I'm watching many YT videos, experimenting and building up confidence to start. Wish me luck, haha...

Thank you! Found some cool flowery denim and will make "scratch panels" so my cat doesn't mess up my couch any more than it is already scratched up. It's okay, I love my kitties more than my couch. i use a vintage singer 319k an 206k but i have to use a small stich for heavy fabric 8 to 10 stiches per inch

Nice but the back of the swimsuit you are wearing does not look like this one you were showing how to make. so you either have done it one more time or you altered the first one you did. Not nice in general imagine someone will try to do it because likes the final product and will get something totally different at the back.
